Some say that nonsurgical male enhancement pills and techniques are ineffective and a waste of money, but some researchers prove the other side offering nonsurgical and nonrisky methods to make the virile strength larger and their sex life more interesting and satisfying.
Marco Ordera and Paolo Gontero, the urological researchers from the University of Turin in Italy, investigated the effects of surgical and nonsurgical methods of penis enlargement. Their researches involved 121 men who selected enlargement surgery and 109 men who preferred nonsurgical penis enhancement procedures.
Based on the results, the researchers concluded that surgical procedures were dangerous and in some cases, they led to complications and men’s health deterioration.
As regards nonsurgical methods, the urologists distinguished traction method. It helped men make their penises longer by 0.7 inches (= 1.8cm) in average when used daily. The participants had to wear the traction device for four to six hours every day – four months one after another. The other research showed that traction method helped men increase penis by 0.9 in (= 2.3 cm) while flaccid and 0.67 in (=1.7 cm) when erecting. That research took six months of daily use of the penis traction method using a Quick Extender Pro device.
Within another study with two erectile-dysfunction patients, the researchers used penoscrotal rings. These rings are worn around the scrotum and base of the penis. The study showed that they helped cure erectile dysfunction, though enlarged the penis by minimum or did not enlarge at all.
Some men – within the research – tested hydro penis enlargement pumps to gain some results. The Bathmate Hydromax pump has a cylinder that sucks out air. The pressure created in the tube draws more blood into the penis enlarging it. There is also a tight ring which can be used not to allow blood going back into the body. The research showed that the method is rather painful than helpful as the gains were not lasting.

The researchers state that the majority of men, who think they suffer from the small penis, have a normal size in fact. But the ads and desire to have larger and larger penis make them sick of it. For information, medical experts define a short-penis syndrome when a penis is shorter than 1.6 in (= 4 cm) when in flaccid, and 3 in (7.6 cm) when erecting. And no man who participated in a 2005 penis enlargement study, suffered from the syndrome.
Ian Kerner, the sex counselor, states that “when pressed, the majority of women [according to a 2001 survey in BMC Women’s Health] say that penis circumference is more important for pleasure than penis length.” To increase your girth, you can use simpler devices as pumps and extenders.
So, forget about porn, ads and different unreasonable rumors, consult your doctor and ask your partner before enlarging your penis. She may be completely satisfied with it.
